About Us
Sight Intelligence Engineering develops visual field testing technology for ophthalmology and optometry practices. The company was founded in 2025 by a team of clinicians, AI researchers, and software engineers with a focus on glaucoma detection and monitoring.
SIE's visual field testing system runs on a VR headset purpose-built for clinical use. A novel eye-tracking mechanism allows peripheral vision to be tested without a clicker. Removing the clicker eliminates a source of data noise and discomfort, and allows patients with certain disabilities to take this important test. No technician is required at the patient's side during testing. The system is designed to integrate into existing clinical workflows without requiring complex infrastructure.
